After working in a company as Export Manager, he became aware of the “impossible” task of motivating people. This led him to the question: “What is the human being?”.

He works with organizations in both the public and private sectors, on the themes of cultural change, leadership, development of teams and companies, especially in Europe. Since 1998 he has been a partner of MIRA Companions, a German consulting firm, and a member of the ASD board, an international association for social development. Christoph is German, lives near Hamburg with his wife. His passion is sailing and family life.
