Corrado Docente (Italy, 1963), expert in the development of transversal skills in organizations, is the founder of RICCHEZZE UMANE, a company specialized in Corporate Coaching, adult learning and management consulting. His professional background was initially formed as a young entrepreneur, then marketing consultant, then corporate manager, first as Marketing Manager and then as Sales Manager.
He studied Political Sciences with an economic background, furthering his studies with a Master in Marketing and Business Administration. For years he has facilitated professional and personal growth paths for entrepreneurs and managers.
Since 2003 he has increasingly specialized in executive and corporate coaching, developing a recognizable and effective version together with other Ricchezze Umane colleagues.
He is an active member of several professional coach networks, including AXIALENT, ASD and NALM. He is the program curator.
