Third Module: September 26-28 2019
In order to “be” a coach, it is necessary to develop certain qualities and individual skills, which really represent the fundamentals of this art which is Coaching. This Module of the program will therefore be focused on these skills and on how to develop them.
The themes that will be developed are:
- The new skills required by the Corporate Coach
- The Talent & Taskmodel and its influence on human behavior
- The sense and importance of habits in change processes, resistance and identification of habits, work on habit changes, how they impact coaching processes, how to manage them in session.
- The Doubleand its influence on behavior. Its true mission. Processes and tools to work towards its integration in an evolutionary key
