Working with Blind Spots in Corporate Coaching

Working with unknown aspects of one’s self – blind-spots – to become aware of them, is a key ability in coaching. And this applies to both the coachee and the coach.
This Module is focused on the recognition of blind spots and the development of the ability to work with them in an evolutionary key.

  • How to create an authentic encounter between human beings
  • Trust and Power: the two extreme polarities in the construction of relationships, addressed with the “Rights Scale” tool.
