The Final Exam will be held at the end of the Program to check what each participant learned.

The test is conceived as a moment of learning and will serve to systematically consolidate the common thread of the entire program. It will require a re-elaborative and applicative effort from each participant, and will consist of the following parts:

• Two written tests: one with multiple choice and essay questions on the contents of the Program, the other through the Resolution/Settings on a Corporate Coaching case with relative decoding
• Creation and presentation of a Thesis written on one or more topics discussed during the Program chosen by each participant
• Observations during the entire journey and the exercises performed will also be considered in the final evaluation of each participant.
